Una splendida borsa a tracolla vintage Gucci realizzata con l'iconica tela GG Beige con rivestimento in pelle marrone chiaro e l'iconica maniglia di bambù.

Gucci è ben noto per aver creato la stagione IT più bramosa IT dopo la stagione, ma è il bambù Gucci più demure, indossato da artisti del calibro di Elizabeth Taylor, Ingrid Bergman e Lady Diana che è considerato una delle borse più iconiche di tutti i tempi. La borsa per manico in bambù deriva degli anni '40 quando la carenza di pelle mentre una conseguenza della guerra lasciava molte case di moda grattandosi la testa per le risorse. Per risparmiare su materiali come la pelle, Gucci ha avuto la brillante idea di incorporare il bambù nelle loro borse. Questa è stata una scelta particolarmente buona a causa del fatto che il bambù era estremamente resistente e facilmente importato dal Giappone durante quel periodo.

All'interno della borsa è foderato con una fodera in nylon. 

Questa borsa è in buone condizioni vintage con alcuni lievi segni alla tela e alla base in pelle.
