Shipping & Delivery

The Hosta is based in the UK and ships worldwide with DHL Express. Every order is carefully packaged using recycled and recyclable materials, and shipped with full tracking and insurance for peace of mind.

Shipping Costs

UK & Europe: Complimentary shipping.

USA: £30 GBP shipping on orders below £600. Complimentary US shipping on orders of £600 GBP or more.

Rest of the World: £30 GBP flat rate.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your DHL tracking information and estimated delivery date.

Our couriers operate on working days, generally between 9am and 6pm. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

International Duties & Taxes

The Hosta ships from the UK. Orders delivered outside the UK are generally subject to import duties and local taxes, which are not included in our prices and are payable separately to DHL.

As a guide:

USA: Import duties vary depending on the bag's material and country of manufacture. Roughly expect 10%.

Europe: Allow approximately 20% for local import VAT.

Rest of the World: Import duties and taxes vary by country.

These figures are intended as a guide only. Final charges are determined by the relevant customs authorities.

Please note that we are legally required to declare the full purchase value of every shipment and cannot mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid import charges, any resulting return shipping and customs costs may be deducted from your refund, where permitted by applicable law.

Insurance & Delivery

All orders are shipped with DHL Express and insured during transit.

We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your parcel, particularly for high-value purchases.

Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they have been delivered to you or a person you have authorised to receive them, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver orders promptly, international shipments can occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance or circumstances outside our control.
