Returning your purchases:

Each and every one of our bags are personally sourced, and we’re confident you’re going to love them. If, however, for some reason, your purchase is not exactly what you hoped you, we’ll gladly refund it (minus the shipping charges for both your delivery & return) provided your return matches all of the following conditions.

  1. You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item (inclusive of weekends).
  2. The item is in the same condition as when it left The Hosta.
  3. We receive the item back within 14 days.

You are responsible for shipping charges. Please ship any item back to The Hosta by insured post, with a tracking numbers, this ensures you will know when we have received it.

To prevent unnecessary returns, please read the description provided carefully, take a close look at the photos and feel free to email us if you have any additional questions. We take great care when describing and photographing our bags, and we guarantee the authenticity of every single bag we sell. Please remember that our beautiful bags are all pre-owned.

Exchanges:

If you’d simply like to exchange your item (and providing you meet the conditions above), then simply email: hello@the-hosta.com with our name order number the product(s) you do not want to keep and the product(s) you would like instead. Our team will then get in touch to process the exchange for you.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be processed. Once this has been completed, you will receive a verification e-mail from us.

You can choose to receive your refund to your original form of payment or as store credit. Due to varying processing times, which are dependent upon your payment provider, refunds can take from 3 to 10 business days to appear in your account.

Unfortunately, outside the EU, sales taxes and customs duties are non-refundable.

Returns:

Once you have emailed hello@the-hosta.com to notify us of your wish to return an item, we will provide details of the return slip and return shipping address.

Please ensure that you retain your proof of postage and both track and insure your postage, as we do not assume responsibility for any lost or damaged returns. Because we understand that shipping times can be unpredictable, we have structured our return period accordingly. We do not require that we receive your return within 14 days, but that you ship it to us within 14 days. Please keep your postage receipt as proof of this. In processing your return, we reserve the right to request it.

Late Returns:

All returns outside the 14-day period are assessed at our discretion. If accepted, you may only be refunded with store credit.

Our Authenticity Guarantee:

At The Hosta, customers can shop without trepidation as we guarantee the authenticity of every one of our pre-owned and vintage bags. We not only carry out a detailed authentication process, twice, but we also ensure the we describe and photography the condition of each of our items accurately. If you feel there is a discrepancy between how an item is portrayed on our site and how it appears when you receive it, please do not hesitate to contact us at: hello@the-hosta.com
