The Louis Vuitton Pliant is one of those understated vintage pieces that has become increasingly sought after. Named after the French word pliant, meaning foldable, it was originally designed as a slim document holder that could be carried with ease. Today, its clean, minimalist silhouette feels just as relevant, working perfectly as an oversized clutch, laptop sleeve or everyday organiser.

Crafted from the House's iconic Monogram canvas with natural vachetta leather trim, the soft construction allows the clutch to lie flat while remaining surprisingly spacious. The wraparound leather strap secures the front, while the leather lined interior offers plenty of room for daily essentials, documents or a tablet. A practical zipped pocket on the reverse provides easy access to smaller items.

Condition

Good vintage condition with signs of wear consistent with age. The Monogram canvas remains in lovely condition throughout. The natural leather trim has developed a warm honey patina with areas of wear and marking, adding to its vintage character. The leather lined interior is clean with light signs of use. The inner zip is missing its leather tab yet remains functional but a little stiff. Please review all photographs carefully before purchasing.
