A vintage Celine top handle bag in smooth black leather, featuring a structured trapeze silhouette and the house's distinctive gold tone Triomphe clasp. The oversized sculptural hardware is the focal point of this design, giving an otherwise minimal bag a strong vintage feel.

The bag features a single curved leather top handle, a large front flap and a structured base. The combination of black leather and statement gold hardware makes this a particularly cool vintage Celine piece, equally good with tailoring or worn casually with jeans and a simple knit.

The front flap opens to reveal a contrasting red interior with a zipped pocket and space for everyday essentials. Originally designed with an additional longer shoulder strap, which is no longer present. The bag is currently carried by its short leather top handle.

Condition
Good vintage condition with visible signs of previous wear consistent with age. The leather shows some surface scratches, small marks and gentle creasing, particularly across the front flap and around the edges. The gold tone Triomphe hardware has some surface wear. The contrasting red interior is in good vintage condition.

Please note that the original longer shoulder strap is missing. The bag is sold with its short leather top handle only.
