A timeless vintage Christian Dior top handle bag that perfectly captures the refined elegance of the house's late 1980s and early 1990s designs. Crafted from black grained leather, the structured silhouette is finished with one of Dior's most sought after archival details: the oversized oval gold tone CD plaque. It comes complete with its original long leather strap, allowing it to be worn by hand, on the shoulder or crossbody.

We've seen a noticeable surge in demand for vintage Dior pieces featuring this iconic round CD hardware following Jonathan Anderson's recent Dior debut, where similar archival CD details appeared across bags and accessories throughout the collection. As collectors continue to revisit Dior's archives, these pieces have become increasingly difficult to source.

Condition

Very good vintage condition with signs of wear consistent with age. The leather remains in excellent structural condition with a beautiful natural patina throughout. The gold tone CD hardware is bright and presents beautifully. There is light rubbing to some of the leather edges and handles, as shown in the photographs, while the interior is clean with only minor signs of use.
